REQUEST FOR RETURN

If you want to request a return, please follow these steps:

1. If you are a registered user, you need to access your account clicking on this link. From there you will be able to access your order and easily request a return clicking on "return" from the left menu, and then clicking on the button "send request". Due to the new Brexit situation, customers will have to bear the costs of shipping returns. 2. If you are not a registered user, you will need to enter the order number and the email account associated to the purchase process and click on Send Request. If you want to request a size exchange, please follow these steps:

1. If upon receipt of the purchase you are not satisfied, and you want to make an exchange, you must request the return of the product following the steps described above
2. You should place a new order with the new size or colour you request
