Deliveries and Returns
At Pisamonas, delivery is free from £30.
Standard Delivery takes from 6 to 8 working days to arrive via courier and it costs £3.95. Please note that the order should be placed before 2pm, otherwise it will be delivered the subsequent day.
If your shoes arrive and aren't quite what you were looking for, you can easily request a free return. If you have an account, simply log in to start the process. If you checked out as a guest, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page and enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase. A return label will then be sent automatically to your inbox.
To exchange an item, please return your original pair using the provided label at any Royal Mail Post Office and place a new order for the desired size or style.
