To make a return, please follow these steps:

1.  If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account. From there, you can easily access your order and request a return by clicking on "Returns" in the left-hand menu and then on the "Request new return" button in the top right corner.

2.  If you are not a registered user, please enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase in the assistant below, then click submit request. From there, you can conveniently access your order and request the return you want.

If, after receiving your order, you would like to exchange it for a different size or style, you must request a return and place a new order for the desired size or style.
