If the purchase was made by bank transfer, the delivery time will always be calculated from the confirmation of payment receipt.

What is the deadline for exchanges and returns?

If you need to exchange or return one or more of the products from your order, you can do so within a period of 60 days from the date of purchase.

How do I make an exchange or return request?

If your shoes arrive and aren't quite what you were looking for, you can easily request a return. If you have an account, simply log in to start the process. If you checked out as a guest, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page and enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase. A return label will then be sent automatically to your inbox.

To request an exchange, you must return the item using the label sent to you by our customer service department, drop it off at a Royal Mail office, and place a new order.
